How we got here
We built this because nothing else worked.
We started by spending time inside actual glazing companies. Not as consultants — just watching. How leads came in (phone, web, showroom, scraps of paper). Where they went (spreadsheets, a whiteboard, someone's memory). What happened next (often, nothing — the lead went cold).
The CRMs on the market were built for generic sales teams. They talked about “deals” and “pipelines” and “contacts”. Nobody in a glazing company calls a homeowner a “contact”. It's a lead, then an appointment, then a pitch, then (hopefully) a sale. The software should reflect that right out of the box — no setting up a generic CRM system for months on end for it to still not work the way you need it to.
So we built one that does. Every feature request has come from an actual conversation with someone running a glazing business. The Monday morning sales meeting. The rep who needs their diary on their phone. The MD who wants five numbers and not forty-seven dashboards.
That's still how we work. You tell us what's broken, we fix it. You tell us what's missing, we build it. The roadmap belongs to our customers, not our boardroom.
